The first week of lacrosse is upon us. This means constantly being tired and constantly being sore. I've started stretching and hydrating properly every day this week. We started testing last Thursday with our jump rope and pull up test. Our bench press test came Saturday morning. Bright and early at seven in the morning we dragged ourselves to the gym to push as much weight as possible over top of ourselves. After our bench test, we had to complete our 300 test before the first practice. This is the most difficult part of our tests. This takes all of your strength and willpower to finish in time. This morning we woke up at five thirty in the morning to go to the track and run our mile and a half test. You have to run a mile and a half in less than twelve minutes. After killing our legs we will do our wall ball test. This consists of throwing the ball against a wall a bunch for twenty minutes.
On top of all of these tests, we still have class, lifting, and practice.
